The Ridge at Westlake Village

My brother is a resident at The Ridge at Westlake Village. It is a wonderful community. The facility is beautiful as are the grounds. The staff is wonderful and is led by a great Exec. Dir. Kailey. She communicates very effectively with residents and families and listens. It's a very positive, uplifting environment.

Amazing apartments, was like a nice hotel

My mom moved into the Evergreen memory care community, and her experience there was better than anything we could have hoped for. The staff immediately treated her like family and helped her get quickly acclimated to a new environment, as well as provided me (as her primary caregiver) with incredible support through the onboarding/move-in process. The executive leadership team, Medical Technicians, and Care Staff always displayed compassion, and proactively provided updates on her daily activities and overall condition.
