It has been so difficult getting in communication with Caroline, the executive director, and I have been trying to set up a meeting with her for the past week. So much for "caring about the community."
Ivy Park Hayward is a lovely community with a beautiful, upscale atmosphere that feels welcoming and inviting from the moment you walk in. I've had the pleasure of participating in several events and I'm continually impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff, particularly KayDee, Henryetta, & Jessa/Jessica/Janina. It's evident that the team strives to create engaging, meaningful experiences that help residents feel connected, valued, and joyful.
